In respect of the memory of our mothers, the delegates said, it is important to continue generation after generation to fight against war, racism, antisemitism and discrimination of any kind. Events in Europe during the last couple of years has let to so many sufferings and tragedies that could have been avoided if human rights had been respected. These thoughts and worries are embedded in the Italian declaration and the members of the Committee fully endorse that we all have a responsibility to let our voices heard in every national and European headquarter.
