Commemoration in Rostov-on-Don on the Day of the Liberation of Concentration Camps

On April 11, a wreath-laying ceremony and a rally marking the International Day of the Liberation of Concentration Camps took place at the memorial for former concentration camp prisoners in Rostov-on-Don.

Students from Gymnasium No. 52 (named after A. A. Pechersky) and Lyceum No. 65 were present, as well as employees of the Rostov city treasury. In front of the students, the wife of a former prisoner of Mauthausen gave a speech in which she conveyed her late husband's words to the younger generation.
