Kateřina Kočková shows us photographs from Brno and Brněnec. The focus is on the laying of new Stolpersteine, commemorating the victims of Nazi persecution, and visiting the mmuseumuseum on the former factory site of Oskar Schindler.

In Brněnec, formerly known as Brünnlitz, there was a subcamp of the Gross-Rosen concentration camp during the Second World War. Around 1,200 Jewish prisoners worked in Schindler’s factory, and their transfer to Brněnec increased their chances of surviving the Holocaust.
