Vanda Straka Vrhovnik was born in Ljubljana on September 30th 1965.
She finished High School and Faculty of Arts (Department of comparative literature and literary theory) in Ljubljana.
She worked as a cultural journalist for some time. Now she works at the Municipality of Ljubljana for the Cultural department.
She became member of the CIR – IRK in 2019.
